I speak regularly to schools, businesses, and organizations on health, wellness, injury prevention, and safety topics. I also enjoy educating others on how to manage stress better, how to prevent injury in the work place and at home, and how to maintain peak performance in all facets of life. My mission is to empower as many people as possible to experience their optimal health potential through genuine care and education.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic with my Doctorate of Chiropractic. I have furthered my education by taking special classes in pediatrics, sports injury, physical therapy, nutrition, and pregnancy care.
I grew up in the Austin area. Both my wife, Courtney, and I attended Round Rock High School. I was involved in sports through out my academic career and was a competive swimmer for years. I also coached the Round Rock Dolphins Swim Team for several years. My family moved back here in the fall of 2003. We have two wonderful daughters, Isabelle and Emerson, and enjoy spending time with them, our family, and friends!
Thank you for trusting me with such a precious possession, your health! I look forward to working with you!
